AmritToday . Chhattisgarh Government’s Food and Civil Supplies Minister Dayaldas Baghel and Revenue Minister Tankram Verma visited the district headquarters in Balodabazar on Monday. They took stock of the damage caused by the vandalism and arson perpetrated by anti-social elements at the Collectorate office a few days ago.

Both ministers inspected the exterior of the entire building and various sections of the Superintendent of Police office. They assessed the ongoing renovation work in the damaged areas and instructed officials to expedite the completion. They also reviewed the applications submitted to the Superintendent of Police office for documenting vehicles damaged during the incident. They also directed the officials to expedite the necessary steps to ensure insurance payouts for the victims. Additionally, they met with the victims, listened to their concerns, and provided the necessary instructions to the officials for resolving the issues.

Former MLA of Bhatapara constituency Shivratan Sharma, former MLA of Bilaigarh constituency Dr Sanam Jangde, Collector Deepak Soni, and SP Vijay Agrawal were also present.
