Amrittoday / Today, Abinash Mishra, Commissioner of Raipur Municipal Corporation, inspected the cleanliness arrangement in the Shankarnagar Chaupati area under Zone 3. The inspection was conducted in the presence of Zone 3 Commissioner Ms. Priti Singh and Assistant Engineer Nareesh Sahu.
The Commissioner directed to pay special attention to the cleanliness arrangement in the Shankarnagar Chaupati area. He instructed all shopkeepers to keep their shops clean, mandatorily keep dustbins and hand over the waste to the municipal corporation’s sanitation workers daily. The Commissioner also directed to take legal action against those who litter and spread garbage in the Chaupati area.
The Commissioner appealed to the citizens and shopkeepers to not throw garbage on the streets and maintain cleanliness. He instructed to educate the public about the importance of cleanliness and sanitation.
This inspection and instruction aim to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the city’s public spaces and promote a clean environment for citizens.
