Amrittoday / The Directorate of Treasury, Accounts and Pension will accept applications for the upcoming Accounts Training session from September 1st to September 30th.
Applications received prior and post this date will not be accepted. It is mandatory to attach a notarized affidavit with the application form in the prescribed form.
According to the information received from the Government Accounts Training School’s Principal, for the accounting training session November 2024 to February 2025, the clerical class employees, who have completed three years of regular service can apply as per the guidelines prescribed on form through their office head. This application should be received by the Government Accounts Training School at Ghadi Chowk Raipur by September 30th during office hours.
Clerical class employees are defined as an employee, who are posted on clerical cadre post and not on any technical cadre post. The specific category of stenographers eligible for the accounts training program are those working as camp clerks in Secretariat, Forest Department, Directorate of Treasury, Accounts and Pension departments. The stenographers of any other department are not eligible for the program.
Applications will be accepted only on standard application form. Application will be valid only for the current session. Other relevant documents should be attached with the application form.
