Amrit Today. – Recently, the Central Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Ms. Roopa Mishra, praised the co-working center established by Raipur Municipal Corporation in collaboration with the Raipur District Administration. Under the guidance of the Urban Administration and Development Department of the Chhattisgarh Government, this initiative, located on the third floor of the multi-level parking near the heart of the capital city, Jaistambh, aims to promote and support startups for youth welfare and women’s empowerment.
During her visit, Ms. Roopa Mishra was briefed by the Municipal Commissioner of Raipur, Mr. Abinash Mishra, about the various community-oriented activities of the co-working center. He informed the Central Joint Secretary about the future plans of the co-working center, which will be shared once some ongoing works are completed. Mr. Abinash Mishra emphasized the continuous efforts to integrate good startups with incubators and system integrators through the co-working center.
The inspection by Ms. Roopa Mishra was attended by key officials including Mr. Ankit Jain, Assistant Advisor of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Mr. Shashank Pandey, CEO of the Chhattisgarh State Urban Development Agency, Mr. Abinash Mishra, Commissioner of Raipur Municipal Corporation, and Mr. Ujjwal Porwal, COO of Raipur Smart City Limited.
Discussions and Suggestions with Startup Youths
Ms. Roopa Mishra interacted with the youth associated with the startups currently receiving online training at the co-working center. She provided them with valuable suggestions and encouraged them for their future success.
